In Peru, many companies and individuals are market agents, either buying and/or selling assets, property blocks, companies, mining concessions, inside and outside Peru, among others, making it necessary to efficiently contact demanders and offerers of these products, in order to reduce placement costs and, in turn, to optimize the sale price of the asset and/or project, making it more productive for the parties.

Our firm is made up of professional administrators, accountants, lawyers and economists who have solid knowledge in financial, tax, legal, applied marketing and purchase-sale of assets in general, in addition to having a network of sellers and buyers of assets (movable and immovable), so we generate added value to the assets and/or projects that are entrusted to us through mandates (buy mandate or sale mandate) for the benefit of our clients.

Finally, we also provide the necessary and correlated legal, accounting and financial services for the implementation of sales and/or purchases of assets, whether through DD, Pre-Acquisition Review, Post-Acquisition Review, among other M&A processes.
